Our Story

It started with my neighbor.

She’d knock on my door asking for help with everyday online tasks—finding unread messages, changing a setting, troubleshooting why something wasn’t working.

I thought it was only a problem for people less comfortable with tech.

Then I realized: I was getting stuck too. New tools. Complex workflows. Confusing guidance. I’d waste time trying to figure things out or turning to help that was outdated—or more confusing than the task itself.

I started asking

What if you never had to search for what to click next?
What if help could guide you through your specific situation?
What if the instructions were actually simple—and just got to the point?

To make software feel doable. To guide people, in real time, through even the most complex tools. And most of all—to give people the confidence to try.
